Weekly News Letter (13th Apr to 20th Apr)

Last week was full of excitement for Mumbai and Pune guys, for the first time they were meeting the pals in real, with whom they interacted so often in the virtual world. Enthusiasm was doubled with B'day bash of Abhishek. Amid all joys and excitement concern of growing no. of emails exchanged per day was raised by Prashant Mahajan and all of us agreed to take some measures. Points discussed during the Mumbai/Pune meet and The breaking news from babuji was the main highlight of the week

1. Mumbai Jaiswal's database is to be uploaded at Jaiswal's site.
2. Smriti and Namrata, joining mumbai jaiswal samaj. They will be meeting Mr. Bhagwat, head of mumbai jaiswal samaj, this weekend.
3. Google search shows Jaiswal's home on top, when searched for "jaiswals", or "jaiswal/jayswal"
4. All the important data at Jaiswal's home should be secure, so that any body can't have an easy access, member login should be required to view Jaiswal's database.
5. Volunteers required for maintaining Jaiswal's website.
6. Certain guidelines are to be followed by each members while using yahoo group.
7. Very old messages should not be embedded with the message text while replying, make the messages short.
   Don't forward/post useless messages, before posting please check, how many members are addressed in the message... if it addresses to only few members, please avoid posting them.
   Good suggestions came forward for matrimonial section at Jaiswal's Home. Harish will be implementing them when he gets time.
8. Manish from Michigan took the responsibility of providing update of events from Texas. He spoke to Cute Megha, Twinkle and Boski. He will be in mumbai next week.
9. Bangalore Bash finally decided to be taking place on 27th April @ Barista, Brigade Road.
